自2023年4月25日，疫情指揮中心鑒於COVID-19疾病嚴重度下降，國內疫情持續穩定且處於低點，且國際間亦朝向調降防疫等級，故自5月1日起，「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎(COVID-19)」調整為第四類傳染病，商家店面進出已恢復往日。然而，近期仍有確診案例出現，且輕症者採自主健康管理。為保護本坊工藝師們的健康，依據本坊狀況仍須請顧客採必要措施，以確保顧客與工作人員的安全。因此，特此公告以下本坊的防疫措施：
目前您需至工坊實體店面時，若有輕微感冒症狀建議配戴口罩。
進入實體店面仍建議採預約制，請您先與工坊確認是否有預約。
進入工坊需進行流量管制，每次進入以不超過3人，當日不超過12人為限
建議使用QR code行動支付或官網預購服務。本坊提供綠界支付、台灣PAY、Line PAY、街口支付與AFtee先享後付之付款機制。
出貨時將清潔包裝，消費者收貨時建議酒精消毒外包裝後再拆封。
目前國際、國內疫情緊張，原物料運送將大幅度影響配送，導致製作服飾時間拉長、無法製作，或者原物料費用導致價錢提高，本坊將依照現行狀況聯絡客戶後，再進行製作。
Starting from April 25, 2023, in light of the decreasing severity of the COVID-19 pandemic and the continuous stabilization of domestic cases at a low level, along with a global trend of lowering epidemic prevention measures, the "Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (COVID-19)" will be reclassified as a Category 4 infectious disease. As a result, businesses and stores will resume normal operations for customers' entry and exit from May 1. However, there are still recent confirmed cases, and many individuals are implementing self-health management.
To safeguard the health of our artisans, it is still necessary to require customers to take necessary measures based on the current situation to ensure the safety of both customers and staff. Therefore, the following epidemic prevention measures are at this moment announced:
When visiting our physical store, we recommend wearing a mask if you have mild cold symptoms.
Entry to the physical store is still recommended to be by appointment only. Please confirm with our workshop if you have made a reservation.
The number of customers inside the seminar will be controlled. Each entry should not exceed three people, and the total number for the day should not exceed 12 people.
We recommend using QR code mobile payment or pre-ordering through our official website. We offer various payment methods, including Green World, Taiwan Pay, Line Pay, Street Pay, and AFtee post-payment service.
When shipping, the packaging will be thoroughly cleaned. We advise customers to disinfect the outer packaging with alcohol before unpacking.
Due to the tense international and domestic epidemic situation, the transportation of raw materials will significantly affect delivery, leading to longer production times, inability to fulfill orders, or increased costs of raw materials. We will contact customers based on the current situation before proceeding with production.
